Referencing

If you have to reference your sources e.g. at the end of an essay, it is helpful to enter the reference into a Word table of 2 columns. The first column contains the name of the author, (or first author's name), and the second column contains the rest of the reference. If you set this up at the beginning of preparing the essay, then just enter references as you use them. When the essay is complete, just sort the data alphabetically on the first column. Job done!

Huh? I don't get this one.
This tip came up when I searched for 'rest'.
Did the computer think "rest... re.st.referencing!
